Root Canals

Root CanalsRoot Canals

Sometimes tiny nerve canals within your tooth can become infected or inflamed. This can be triggered by a variety of causes such as cavities, broken teeth, ill-fitting crowns or fillings, and gum disease. Some of the signs of a damaged nerve are pain to hot and/or cold, spontaneous pain, swelling, and bad breath. When an infected tooth is diagnosed or there is damage to the pulp, a root canal may be recommended.

We offer the services of a certified Endodontist (root canal specialist) in addition to our experienced general dentist in the treatment of your root canal pain.

Pediatric Dentistry

Pediatric DentistryPediatric Dentistry

We understand the importance of starting children off on the right foot for good oral health.

A Pediatric Dentist is the most qualified professional to determine the appropriate approach to guiding your child’s dental growth and development, helping them avoid future dental problems and getting them on the right path to good oral health. We recommend only white, metal-free fillings for our young patients.

We recommend that your child visit the dentist around three years of age, or sooner, if you see visible signs of dental problems. Our staff will do everything to make your child’s dental visit enjoyable, and fun.

Gum Treatment

Gum TreatmentGum Treatment

Periodontal (Gum) Disease is a bacterial infection, and is considered one of the most common diseases in the world!

Although Periodontal Disease is considered a “silent disease”, the side effects of it can be devastating. In recent years, scientists have found that infected gums may adversely affect the cardiovascular system, contribute to diabetes, cause pregnancy complications, or cause complications in heart and transplant surgeries. In addition, there is evidence that suggests a possible transmission of oral bacteria between individuals.

The signs of gum disease are subtle: bleeding gums, bad taste in your mouth, chronic bad breath, loose teeth, and separating teeth.

We offer non-surgical, and surgical periodontal care, provided by highly trained dentists, and specialists.

Dentures

DenturesDentures

In the presence of adequate bone and soft tissue we can fabricate custom made full and partial dentures.

We also offer our patients the latest technology in metal free, flexible partial dentures. These partials provide the best in cosmetics, and function.

Please give us a call today to discuss which type of dentures may be right for your lifestyle and oral health.

Crowns

CrownsCrowns

Crowns are recommended to restore lost tooth structure, damaged fillings, teeth with root canal treatment, and to replace defective old fillings.

Our crowns are designed to take strength, and cosmetics into consideration. We use a wide range of dental materials to achieve this goal.

Our doctors will be happy to discuss the merits of crowns and how they may benefit your oral health.

Cosmetic Whitening

Cosmetic WhiteningCosmetic Whitening

A bright smile is a confident smile. Luckily, for many people, a brighter smile is just an office visit away! Advancements in dental care provide an array of options to deliver dazzling results.

Teeth become discolored over time due to any number of reasons; among them are staining agents such as tea, coffee, and tobacco.

Bridges

BridgesBridges

We will occasionally consider a dental bridge for people who have missing teeth, and practice good oral hygiene. If you have spaces created by missing teeth, your remaining teeth may begin to shift out of position and become more susceptible to tooth decay and gum disease.

With advances in dental implants, our first choice for replacement of missing teeth are implants. However, bridges may still provide patients with a level of comfort and aesthetics that will never be matched by dentures.
